Albert Lee began his career in 1965 at Johnson & Johnson as a technician, where he played a key role in improving production line efficiency and resolving critical issues. Over the years, he progressed to Technical Manager, overseeing Johnson & Johnson’s production lines across Southeast Asia. During this time, he also gained leadership training and earned a Grade 2 boiler certification.

In 1980, Albert joined Metalbox Malaysia as Customer Service Manager, addressing customer needs related to cans and supporting F&B factories across Southeast Asia. For 16 years, he helped troubleshoot production lines, set up new operations, and provided solutions for packaging equipment issues. His extensive expertise in the F&B industry earned him a strong reputation for excellence.

​In 1996, Albert co-founded Heng Ming Machinery Sdn. Bhd. with a colleague, focusing on services, spare parts, and equipment for the F&B industry. The company quickly became known for its expertise in canning and capping machines and introduced a mission to help clients better understand their processes and achieve improved outcomes.

In 2009, Albert and his son Eugene founded LM Trinity Sdn. Bhd. to provide comprehensive, one-stop solutions for F&B clients. Albert served as Director until 2018, when he transitioned to Technical Advisor, with Eugene stepping into the role of Director to lead the company forward.

By 2018, Eugene was promoted to Managing Director of LM Trinity Sdn. Bhd., leading the company’s operations and contributing to its growth and success in the F&B sector. Known as a highly skilled seaming expert, Eugene has built a reputation for excellence in the industry, offering his expertise to a diverse clientele ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. His ability to diagnose and resolve complex errors has made him a trusted professional and one of the most sought-after specialists in the field.

In 2008, Eugene Lee started his career at Heng Ming Machinery Sdn. Bhd. as a Sales Engineer, managing sales and machinery troubleshooting. Under the mentorship of Mr. Quek Choo Kian, a former Technical Food Researcher at Metalbox specializing in food preservation, Eugene gained in-depth knowledge of preservation and sterilization techniques, enhancing his expertise beyond sales and into critical aspects of the F&B industry.

In 2009, Eugene co-founded LM Trinity Sdn. Bhd. with his father, Albert Lee, taking on a technician role to gain hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting and repair under his father’s guidance. During this period, he also trained under the tutelage of Ms. Gwee at Pacifica Food Consultancy Sdn. Bhd., acquiring valuable insights into food formulation. This combination of technical training and industry-specific knowledge gave him a well-rounded skill set, preparing him for greater responsibilities within the company.
